Comfortable and absolutely perfect location, easy to get around Hamburg by a metro station located close to the hotel. Freshly renovated comfortable modern room with air condition. Very informative, EXCELLENT staff towards all guests.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice location to U3 and U2. Clean.
No luggage stand in the room, no storage places. There would still be enough space if the huge mirror was provided. A small one would be enough. The safe has a very unfortunate place, in the mini cabinet at the bottom. Breakfast offer was poor.

The rooms facing the street side may be a bit noisy, but in our case the room could be exchanged for a quiet one.

Breakfast was very good and rich, staff extremely friendly, we found it particularly great that we could rent bicycles for 12 Euro/7 days. Bicycles were in a good condition.

Staff very helpful, especially with sorting out our return flight details. All staff very friendly and very good level of English
We had 2 rooms booked and one was on the quiet side of the hotel and excellent but the other room was on the main road side. It was very noisy with the window open and too hot with the window closed. No aircon.
